I highly recommend Craig to anyone who is going to buy a home. As first-time buyers, we were unsure what we really want and were easily and naively amazed by the interior and the furniture. Craig was super professional that he tried to show us different kind of houses around our budget and explained the up and down side of each house, how we can upgrade the house to be more comfortable, and gave us a rough idea on how much that would cost. Additionally, he was really good at estimating the value of the houses and always explains the reasoning behind it. This helps us build the knowledge of what to look at whenever we enter a house and how to estimate the value of the house we were interested and the additional cash we might need to prepare after the purchase.After all that, we were able to find the right house with full confidence and were willing to put down the offer with full price since it was within our budget. Craig did not just go with that. He calculated the value of the house based on the neighborhood and a tons of other metrics, and suggested us to put down an offer around the estimation with some carefully crafted numbers based on his strategy. Although the seller did not accept the offer at first, they were open to a negotiation. Craig suggested us to wait because of how the market was. We eventually bought another even better house and started to track the price of this one that we were wanting to wait. We saw the seller decreased their price every couple weeks and finally turned into the accepting backup state at around 100k lower than the original price. This proved that Craig was right! He would definitely help us get a great offer if we wait a few weeks more! Fortunatel we found a better one and we are so in love with our current house!Overall, so grateful to work with Craig and we definitely recommend him!
